Turkish Mood Board The Turkish mood board shows a lot of Turkish culture through patterns, architecture and food. We chose these designs for to represent our food truck. We chose traditional Turkish designs because we wanted our target audience to be to know it was traditional and authentic food. We also incorporated some more well known designs so we could attract the wider and casual customers. This is why there is more bold and colorful colours and symbols. 2 Examples of a culture being celebrated: Having the Haka or War dance. Most of the pacific islands have a war dance incorporated before their sports matches. For example Fiji has the The Cibi and Tonga has the Kailao. This is a great way for the countries to celebrate and showcase their pride in their culture. Another example is the New Zealand currency notes shown above. It incorporates a lot of Maori designs.
